Some cookies are necessary for the Site to function, including the security and bot-protection service provided by Cloudflare, which helps verify that form submissions come from real visitors. Other cookies are optional and help us understand usage and deliver relevant advertising.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them, though some features of the Site may not work properly if you do. Where required, we honor opt-out preference signals such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC) as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information from the browser and device on which it is enabled.

7. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We may disclose personal information in the following ways:

  • Service providers. We share information with vendors that perform services on our behalf, such as website hosting, security and bot protection, email delivery, analytics, contest administration, and customer support. These providers are permitted to use the information only to provide services to us.
  • Advertising partners. We may share certain online identifiers and activity with advertising and analytics partners to measure and deliver advertising. Depending on how these technologies are configured, this activity may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. See Section 9 for how to opt out.
  • Legal and safety. We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others, or to investigate fraud or security issues.
  • Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

8. Sale or Sharing of Personal Information

We do not sell personal information in exchange for money. We may “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under the CCPA. The categories of personal information that may be shared for this purpose include identifiers and internet or network activity. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age. You have the right to opt out of this sharing as described below.

9. Your California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the CCPA, subject to certain exceptions:

  • Right to know. Request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, the purposes for collecting it, and the categories of third parties to whom we disclose it.
  • Right to delete. Request that we delete personal information we collected from you.
  • Right to correct. Request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
  • Right to opt out of sale or sharing. Direct us not to sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • Right to limit the use of sensitive personal information. To the extent we use sensitive personal information for purposes beyond those permitted by law, you may direct us to limit that use. We do not currently use sensitive personal information for such purposes.
  • Right to non-discrimination. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

Opting out of promotional messages does not affect operational messages, such as responses to your inquiries or contest fulfillment.

12. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including to respond to your requests, administer contests, comply with legal and recordkeeping obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
